There are many repeaters who came to the restaurant to have Persian food for the first time and comes again. As they say every dish is highly recommended, I really felt the same way. They also published a recipe book "The Chef's Top-Secret Recipes”. The dessert, "Firini", which has moderate sweetness and easy to eat, will cheer you up when you feel like you have a little bit of cold.

Opportunity to open a store
I have been working at a Persian restaurant since I was14. I got my international Chef license and came to Japan in 2009. I worked in a Persian restaurant after coming to Japan. However, I thought that Japanese people do not know the real Persian cuisine and many people were looking for a Halal restaurant, so I created "Arash’s Kitchen".
