All dishes are non-pork, non-alcoholic menu, meat is Halal certified and they have a Muslim policy on food. Also has a vegan-friendly, gluten-free menu, and 28 allergies labeled on the menu. As the company concept states, even those with food restrictions could eat at this restaurant in a peace mind. The staff is friendly and helpful and has many menus, so I think it would be good to share the food. They told us that photos of the food could be taken from their website too.

Opportunity to open a store
It all started when we applied for the tenants recruiting with the construction of Naha Airport Internal connecting terminal (The airport is located in Naha City, the capital of Okinawa Prefecture, an air gateway to Okinawa which connects to various places in Japan and abroad.) and made a presentation based on the concept of food diversity. Originally, the company worked on Taiwanese vegetarian cuisine and allergy care for students who are on a field trip and so on, and opened the restaurant because they thought they could use this know‐how to open a Muslim- Friendly restaurant.The restaurant does not state as a Halal restaurant, and targets are people who dose not have any restriction on food, Muslims, Vegans, Koshers and people who has restrictions on food such as allergy. We want to provide an environment where all types of people can enjoy their meal at the same table.
Staff
We had staffs who were from Taiwan, Hong Kong, South Korea and Germany but went back home because of the COVID-19 pandemic, and currently all the staffs are Japanese.
Customer base
5％Japanese and others are mostly Taiwanese and Koreans. And a few customers from Europe, America, Thailand, Malaysia, and other Muslim countries.
