There are many halal labels at the buffe, so I think you won’t have any trouble with your food. was able to hear that they are halal certified and that they are working hard to achieve this certification. I also enjoyed the Okinawan’s local ingredients, such as mozuku seaweed and bitter melon (Okinawa’s superfood, green and bumpy shaped vegetable with a bitter flavor.).

Since the Okinawa prefecture (Located at the southernmost tip of Japan, consisted with beautiful islands. Known for its crystal-clear sea, a place of beautiful nature and unique culture.) is putting an effort on the inbound travel and they also received individual requests for the food, they became the first restaurant to receive the halal-certification in Okinawa and strengthened the system to accept the Muslims customers, so that they can stay at the hotel with a peace of mind. This year, they are working on it even more seriously, and have 4 halal menus. Also, at the buffe, they have halal labels for the dishes to tell the difference from the other dishes.

The server of the restaurant are all Japanese, and there are two Chinese kitchen staffs. Also, one Nepalese and Indonesian staff at the front desk.

Hala Wagyu Beef Shabu-Shabu Course (It is a Japanese hotpot dish, which thinly sliced meat and vegetables are dipped into a boiling water or broth, cooked with heat, and dipped into a sauce. ), Halal Tempura Set Meal (Tempura is a Japanese dish, a piece of lightly-battered and deep-fried vegetables and seafood.), Koufuku Zen (Blissful Meal) and SHINSAISHIN Special Shark’s Fin Set, are the 4 halal specialized menu. Tempura is always popular and the hotel is good at Chinese menus. Reservations are required at least 3 days in advance. There are three types of shabu-shabu sauce, ponzu (It is a versatile seasoning often used in Japanese cooking with refreshingly sourness and citrus scent.), sesame sauce (it is a sauce made from sesame seeds which has a rich, nutty, sweet and savoury flavor.), and chili sauce. From the three sauces, the chili sauce is most preferred. The chef likes to mix the ponzu and sesame sauce. The price is 5,500 yen, except the Shabu-Shabu, since the Shabu-Shabu course was created to respond to the voices for meals more expensive.

1hour 20minutes by car from Naha Airport. Take the Highway Bus No.111/117 or Yambaru Express Bus for 1hour 45minutes from Naha Airport to Nago Bus Terminal, and 5minute walk to the Hotel. Take the Okinawa Airport Shuttle Bus from Naha Airport to Nago-shiyakusyo Mae, the resort liners bus stop for 1hour 45minutes, and 16minute walk to the Hotel.
