The restaurant serves Indian cuisine which is gentle to your body cooked by the Indian chef using various spices procured from India. The oil is used sparingly, and vegetables grown locally in Hiroshima are used making the dishes healthy. The spiciness is toned down, so that wide range of customers can enjoy the dishes, but numerous menus of authentic Indian cuisine are still available. A special value set meal which you can get a refill of naan is available during lunch time, and is also rich in menu.

There were only few restaurants in Hiroshima (Hiroshima is located just above Shikoku island, in western Honshu, main island of Japan, the target of the first atomic bomb during World WarⅡ.) that can offer Halal cuisine, and a request from the Hiroshima prefecture led us to open a Halal restaurant.
