It is a modern and stylish udon (A thick noodle made from wheat flour often served in soups with simple broths and various ingredients as toppings.) restaurant. Taikoh Udon does not use any chemical seasonings and uses only safe ingredients which are carefully selected. The udon noodles are made with a blend of three types of domestic wheat flour and salt water which is rich in minerals. It is a delicious udon noodle which they make it using the whole day putting time and effort. The dashi (A cooking broth used in Japanese cuisine, it is made from ingredients such as bonito fish flakes, dried kombu (sea kelp), dried shiitake mushrooms, and dried whole sardines.) for the Halal and vegan dish is made of 100% plant materials such as kelp, vegetables, and fruits. Also, they separate the frying oil one for plant ingredients and another for others customers which is use for tempura (A Japanese dish, which vegetable and seafood are slightly-battered and deep-fried.) and other single dishes. Chicken and dashi are corresponded to halal, but other ingredients are not, and they do not use the tableware and cooking utensils separately.
