AL MINA
It is the first Arabian restaurant in Tokyo, where you can enjoy Middle Eastern cuisine centered on traditional Palestinian cuisine. The owner, who was an Italian cuisine chef, impressed me every time he served me with his beautiful dishes. I had the traditional Palestinian cuisine, Makubeh which the meat was tender and had a pronounced taste with delicious grilled vegetables. All the dishes had a sour and spicy flavor that I had never tasted before, but they were all delicious.

When the Muslim owner first came to Japan around 2002, there were only few halal restaurants in Japan. Even if there was a halal restaurant, they were not good, so the Italian cuisine chef owner decided to open his own restaurant. At first, he worked at hotels and restaurants to study Japan and Japanese language to open a restaurant in Japan, and opened his own restaurant in 2010 as he finished preparing enough funds.
