Hakata Uokura
Since it is near from the station, not only Muslims but also many tourists seem to comes to the restaurant, which we saw during the interview too. The restaurant is bright, clean, and luxurious, where you can enjoy fresh fish, such as the high-grade fish, nodoguro (blackthroat seaperch) and yari-ika (spear squid). The restaurant is also particular about its tableware, and not only the tableware, but the ingredients are chosen from those made in Kyusyu region (Located southwest of the main island Honshu, including seven prefectures.), which you can enjoy the culture and crafts of the area. Although the restaurant is not halal certified, all seasonings are halal-friendly. They do not separate the glasses for alcoholic beverages and others, but they can offer disposable cups if you wish. They were trying to correspond as much as possible.
