Halal Food Marhaba (Not Listed)
The store is not large, but there are plenty of ingredients, and some customers come only to buy the ingredients. The biryani, available only on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, seems to be very popular, and there is a long line of customers, even on weekdays. Reservations are possible only for food, and you cannot reserve a table. Many people take away their food, and since the restaurant is run alone, you might as well make a reservation. I was surprised at the variety of the curry, and since the manager make what he wants to eat, it seems that he is particular about what he makes. You cannot change the spiciness, and I think it is quite spicy, but you should give it a try. Many people seem become addicted to it. The manager's story was very interesting, as he had many experiences, including how he came to Japan. I heard that "Marhaba" means "welcome," and the manager was very kind and friendly, so please visit the restaurant.

Opportunity to open a store
The manager, who came to Japan from Pakistan on vacation, got married and came to live in Japan. Since there were no ingredients, he had trouble cooking himself and started to sell the ingredients around 2010. He made the curry he wanted to eat and shared it with those who wanted to eat it. Those curries reputations spread by word of mouth which led him to start his own restaurant. One day, a person came to help him with the restaurant, and he learned that the person was a legend in the curry world in Fukuoka (A city located on the northern shore of the island of Kyushu region, the largest city in Kyushu region.). That person received a great response and customers came from nationwide.
Staff
A Pakisatani manager on the weekdays, and a Japanese staff and owners indian wife on Friydays, Saturdays and Sundays.
Customer base
Customers come from nationwide. Travelers from overseas comes searching from the internet, but most of the customers are Japanese. They do not know the percentage of the tourists.
Recommended menu
From a total menu of more than 80 dishes, the restaurant offers three dishes that the manager wants to make every day, so even if you come every day for a month, you will never have the same menu. On the day of the interview, the dishes were chicken karahi (curry made with whole chicken), Salgam gosht (lamb and turnip curry), and keema beans (minced lamb and green peas curry). Each is served with rice. There is a very popular biryani available only on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, but the interview was refused on the weekends. The manager himself is a Muslim and uses only halal ingredients, so the restaurant does not specially acquire halal-certification.
