Jingisukan Tarim
I have only had lamb once before, and as the owner said, I had an image of its smell, but it was delicious with a mild flavor and a firm texture which made me full. It was my first time to have lamb tongue, but it was tender and very delicious. You can enjoy it with a refreshing soy sauce flavored sauce. The vegetables of the day are the ones that are in season at the time. This time, asparagus, maitake mushrooms, and green beans were served. They were all fresh and sweet. The manager is from Hokkaido (It is Japan’s northernmost island, known for its magnificent natural landscapes, outdoor activities and delicious foods)) and used to eat Jingisukan (A Japanese grilled lamb dish which is prepared on the dome-shaped special metal grill, a local cuisine of Hokkaido.) from when he was a child, so please ask for his recommendation if you are not sure which meat to choose.

When the owner first came to Japan to study abroad from Uyghur in 2001, thought that the culture of Japan and Uyghur was similar. However, lamb meat was not well known in Japan, and found out that the owner's recommendation, sinewy meat especially did not have a good image of its smell. Lamb sinewy meat is healthy among the meat, and the owner wanted to spread the sinewy meat in Japan, so he saved funds working part-time at various restaurants and also researched about Japan, and opened the restaurant in 2016.
