Opportunity to open a mosque

The area where Mikimoto Pearl Island is located is characterized for its convoluted coastlines and quiet waves. It is thriving with pearl culture and the island was the first in the world to succeed in culturing pearls in 1893. There was a Muslim booming about 10 years ago when the Ise Jingu was relocated and the decision was made to hold the Ise-Shima Summit. We had a study session at that time, and made the prayer room for the Muslim tourists who were increasing day by day. (Reservations are required at the time when you enter.)

Access

5-minute walk from the Toba Station, JR Line and Kintetsu Line. After exiting Exit No.4, turn left and head towards the direction of the big torii gate. Walk for few minutes and turn left at the second traffic light, and turn right at the traffic light immediately ahead. The entrance building of the elevated crossing to Pearl Island can be seen on the left front.
