I had a hybrid hot pot, a dish responded to the Muslims voices, which you can enjoy both Jingisukan and Shabu-shabu together. You can choose from four types of soup stock for the shabu-shabu. I had the Tom Yam Kung soup stock, the most popular soup stock. It was the first time in my life to try lamb shabu-shabu. The meat and the vegetables were well seasoned and delicious, even without a lot of swishes in to the soup stock (shabu-shabu). Next, I tried the Jingisukan for the third time in my life. The owner recommended to eat it rare, not overcooked. I am not a fan of rare meat, but I tried it and the meat was thick but soft enough to bite through, and it was juicy and delicious without being too fatty. The liver and hearts meat had no habit and it was full of vegetables, and also was aromatic, combined with the broth from the lamb. Since you can enjoy various part of meat which are delicious in a reasonable price, I would like to come back again. We were blown away by the stories of the owner who has opened various restaurants to respond to the customers’ requests. The Halal Ramen Gyumon, which just opened on February 20, 2024 in Asakusa (Asakusa is located in Taito city, Tokyo's traditional old town area with many tourist spots.), form a line every day waiting for an hour. We hope that you will visit one of the Gyumon affiliate restaurants when you come to Japan. When the restaurant moved from Chiba (Chiba is located on the eastern coast of Honshu, adjacent to Tokyo, home for Narita International Airport and Tokyo Disneyland. ) to Shibuya (Shibuya is located in Tokyo, a popular shopping and entertainment area, famous for its iconic Shibuya Crossing.), near its affiliate halal-friendly restaurant Yakiniku Gyumon in 2012, we started to offer halal-friendly dishes in 2015, to grant the requests of Yakiniku Gyumon's Muslim customers for lamb shabu-shabu and Jingisukan. Do not cross the pedestrian bridge and turn right. 200m ahead, the building on the left side of the Namikibashi intersection, second floor is the destination (There is a big signboard with [成熟羊門].)
