Most of the customers were tourists and many were from overseas due to inbound travel, and the crowd never stopped even after lunch time. Since they want their customers to enjoy local Okinawan food, they use local ingredients as much as possible. They want to accommodate to the food diversity, so they were trying to correspond to various types of food. To respond to the customers without reservations, they have prepared a detailed policy on food, so that people can be satisfied and dine with a peace of mind.
