It is opened in the winter seasons from December to March 3rd. The prayer room is located outside the park, so it can be used any time. There is a shower room inside.

Take the Kobe City Bus Route #16 from Hankyu Rokko Station or Mikage Station, Hanshin Railway to Rokko Cable Shita bus stop. / Take the Kobe City Bus Rute #106 from the JR Rokkomichi Station to Rokko Cable Shita bus stop. Head to “Rokko Cable Shita Station”. → Take the Rokko Cable Car for about 10minutes to the “Rokko Cable Sanjo Station”. → Take the Rokko Sanjo Bus from Rokko Cable Sanjo Station to the SNOW PARK.
