It is a burger bistro offering burgers made by the owner-chef from France. The patties are made of 100% Halal lamb and 100％ Kurobana beef, the highest quality Wagyu beef raised with nutritious grass and smooth mineral-rich water. 2 types of sauces are used, one homemade sauce made without mayonnaise and another homemade BBQ sauce. You can enjoy the burger also particular about vegetables and the buns. The meat is cooked medium rare and is very delicious which you can taste the flavor of the meat. The vegetables in the burger are also crunchy and fresh as they come directly from the farmer. There are variety of toppings, so you can customize as you like. The Wagyu Beef Rib Steak is popular among overseas customers and Muslims. The Asakusa restaurant offers a special menu which you can enjoy the luxury-style burgers such as lobster, caviar, and gold leaf and so on. They also have menu for vegan and vegetarian. 5-minute walk from Asakusa Station, Tsukuba Express. Go out the A1 Exit, towards the Kokusai-dori. Walk along the street between the ROX and the Otakaraya[おたからや], and you will enter the Shinnakamise Shopping Street. 200m ahead, turn right when you see the sweet potato shop “Funawa”[舟和] on the right. 500m ahead, there is the signboard of the restaurant.
