The first thing that caught our eyes when we entered the restaurant was the glass window where you can view the Odaiba, a part of Tokyo Bay. Unfortunately, it was raining on the day we visited, so we could not enjoy the spectacular view. However, even it was misty, we were able to see the Rainbow Bridge and the Statue of Liberty towering below. There are many group restaurants, but when we asked this restaurants characteristic, they told us that it is the view from the sixth floor above the ground. The manager of the restaurant works at several restaurants, and also cooks at the busy restaurants, as a former chef, and sometimes serves his original dishes. The Indian Embassy is located a minute walk away from the Odaiba restaurant, and the restaurant is supplier to the Indian Embassy staff. If you tell them the preference such as fish, beef, mutton, chicken and vegetables, they will suggest a recommended menu for you. The Biryani, which is recommended at many restaurants, is served in a bowl like a deep pot, and is easy to eat with the accompanying yogurt, which softens the spiciness and suppress the flakiness of the dish. After the spiciness that makes you slightly sweat, the taste of the ingredients arrives, and the deliciousness is left after eating it. The menu can be arranged and is corresponded to Halal and vegetarian. Please come and dine while enjoying the view of Tokyo Odaiba (Odaiba is a popular shopping and entertainment district, with Tokyo's representative night view spot).

“The closest Indian restaurant to India in Japan.” This logo is written on a hand towel placed on the table. The owner, who was born in India, lived abroad for a long time and was exposed to various food cultures, but also was fascinated by the depth of Indian cuisine prepared by his mother, and decided to step into the career of the restaurant management because he wanted to offer Indian food to many people. In 2005, the owner opened Indian Cuisine Mumbai Kudanshita as a place where Japanese people interested in India could gather. Today, the Mumbai Group has 17 restaurants in the Kanto area (The Kanto region contains Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama, Chiba, Gunma, Tochigi and Ibaraki prefecture.), with the Odaiba branch opening in 2017. The manager of the Odaiba restaurant is an Indian who was originally a chef and came to Japan in 2009, following his uncle and brother who came to Japan earlier. The manager worked in other Indian restaurants, but by a turn of fate, he has been working at the Odaiba restaurant since 2021.
