A ramen restaurant with the popular super-hot *miso ramen! The halal friendly menu is “Healthy Chicken Miso Ramen” which you can choose the spiciness from six level, 0 to 5. I had it with a level 1 spiciness. It was spicy hot, but very delicious with the soup which you can enjoy the sweetness of the vegetables and scallops. The chicken chashu (Chicken braised in a savory-sweet sauce until it becomes tender.) topped on the ramen is juicy and exquisite! It was rich, but healthy ramen since they do not use chemical seasonings. Enjoy with your preference of spiciness both those who like spicy food and those who dose not. *Miso Ramen is one of the popular ramen in Japan, a noddle dish made by a miso based broth. / Miso is Japanese fermented paste made by soybeans, a grain (like rice or barley), salt, and koji (malted rice).

It all started when they were approached by an acquaintance who was involved in Hala promotion activities. There were only few restaurants that offer halal friendly ramen, so they made halal friendly menu for the Muslims who were having trouble finding places to dine.

6-minute walk from Asahikawa Station. Exit the west side exit of north exit, Asahikawa Station, and head straight. Cross the second traffic light “1 jo-dori 8 chome”, and turn left. After a few dozen meters walk, the restaurant will be on your right.
