Opportunity to open a store
I had a chance to live in Malaysia in the past, and learned about Halal since the locals I interacted was Muslims. I opened a restaurant because I wanted people to enjoy spiced authentic Malaysian Halal cuisine in Japan. I am particular about the spices to replicate the authentic taste.
