You can enjoy dishes that uses enzyme which is gentle to your body and pesticide-free vegetables, also which does not use any chemical seasonings and animal-based ingredients. Since there are many attractive menus, it is fun to select. The best recommended *Yurinchi Plate uses soy meat and the broth of the meat oozes out like the real *Karaage with crispy batter and savory taste. The Chili Chicken style sandwich has fresh filling vegetables and the soy meat chili chicken is thick and delicious with the salty-sweet sauce. All the dishes are vegan dishes, but has rich flavor. The cheese roll style cake which we had as free service, will become almost liquid at room temperature, so it is made by chilling and hardening it. When it is served, it is very hard, but you can eat it like ice cream, and it becomes soft if you leave it for a while, so you can enjoy two different textures. It tasted like cheesecake itself which was very delicious. *Yurinchi is a Chinese style fried chicken with sweet vinegar souce. * Karaage is a Japanese fried chicken, seasoned chicken meat coated with flour or potato starch and deeply fried in hot oil.
