It all started because they were expecting an increase of tourists visiting Japan, such as Malaysians and Indonesians that many of them are Muslims, due to the Japanese government’s visa relaxation towards Southeast Asia in 2013. There are many foreign travelers that uses the SHISUI PREMIUM OUTLETS, since it is near the airport. Following the GOTEMBA PREMIUM OUTLETS, a player room was set up in February 2014.
