At APU, where students from around the world gather, it is a cosmopolitan cafeteria where you can enjoy international menus from various countries and regions throughout the year. There are 900 seats, and it is a spacious and bright space with glass walls along with an atrium, a good location where you can view the Beppu Bay and Mt. Takasaki. The Halal menu was made with the students and has many varieties. 35 kinds of Halal dishes are served, such as deep-fried eggplant, Green Thai Curry, *Torijaga, Halal *Udon, Gapao Rice (soy meat) and side dishes. Since it is a school cafeteria, it is a safe and secure place to eat with reasonable price and nutritional considered. *Torijaga a Japanese home-cooked dish, which chicken, potato and onions are stewed in a sweet savory broth. *Udon is a thick noodle made from wheat flour often served in soups with simple broths and various ingredients as toppings.
