Maki Mokoropin
The restaurant is on the fifth floor, so when you look from the road, the sign is lined up with the other stores signs. Only Chinese is available in the restaurant but, we interviewed using translation application. I don't think we were able to fully convey what we wanted to say to each other, but the interviewee patiently talked into the smart phone and answered our questions. Many customers are Japanese who can speak Chinese. The restaurant located in the fifth floor gets a lot of sunlight, and a bright sun light comes in from the window opened facing south. They had an interview before with NHK and Fuji Television (TV station), and many photos taking that time was displayed. Many of the seasonings used at the restaurant is purchased from China, and the main dishes are steamed dishes using beef and lamb. Since we visited late in the afternoon, we were not able to try the hot pot dish recommended this time, but there is a wide variety of vegetable dishes as well as dynamic meat dishes.
