They used to serve a la carte menu before, but reopened restaurant which offer Chef’s choice course in 2023, since there were voices from customers that they want to eat various cuisine and the couple always wanted to do a course restaurant. It is a Modern Indian Innovative Fusion Course which is rare in Japan. The dishes which are served are all delicious with beautiful appearance, and we spent a wonderful time. The chef has put meaning to the dishes so the customers can also enjoy with their eyes. We were excited while we were waiting for the dishes, thinking what will come next, and could dine never getting bored. The innovative cuisine was a first experience for me, both in appearance and taste. The restaurant is often used for anniversaries and birthdays, and we hope everyone will have a chance to try it.
