It is a restaurant where you can enjoy curry and potage cooked by a Japanese chef. There are many varieties of curries, that had completely different taste with each originality. The recommended sakura shrimp & bonito curry was outstanding, with a different taste from the curry I have had before. It goes well with the turmeric rice. There are always about 10 types of potages, specially made by the chef using local ingredients, which we want you to try. Apart from the seasonal vegetables, there are rare potage, such as kiriboshi daukon (dried strips of daikon radish.) and umeboshi (Japanese salted plums). Ther are various types so please ask the chef if you can’t make up your mind. *It is not a Halal-certified restaurant, so they do not separate tableware and cooking utensils. As for chicken, Halal meat is used.

45 years ago, the owner who was an office worker at that time, came across a book of Indian recipes when he went to India to study Indian philosophy. The owner bought the book and took a year and a half to translate it. The owner who loved cooking since he was young, wanted to cook dishes based on the recipes he translated, and studied Indian cuisine and opened a restaurant.
