Access

After exiting the north exit, Obihoro Station, head to the left direction, pass through between the “Police box in front of the station, Obihiro Police Station” and “Taxi stand”, and cross the crosswalk in the front (Nishi 2 Minami 11/ Nishi 2 Minami 12).
