You grill the meat at the middle, and boil vegetables and enjoy lamb shabu-shabu at the outer moat. My recommendation is the “Lamb Shoulder Loin with rock salt”. It is recommended to eat it simply with the lightly grill the lamb and the rock salt, which is tender without strong smell and very juicy and exquisite! I would like to visit again. *Jingisukan is a Japanese grilled lamb dish which is prepared on the dome-shaped special metal grill, a local cuisine of Hokkaido. *Shabu-shabu is a Japanese hotpot dish, which thinly sliced meat and vegetables are dipped into a boiling water or broth, cooked with heat, and dipped into a sauce.
