Lately, many oversea travelers are visiting Tokyo, and we started to think that we must take some measures towards the tourists. When we researched which regions the tourists were from the most, we learned that many tourists were from Southeast Asia, which has a high percentage of Muslims. From that, we started to offer Muslim-friendly menu, because we thought that it is essential to offer dishes that the Muslims can eat with a peace of mind.
