Seiseimenkan
The Three-in-one noodle and Beef Kakuni (stewed diced beef) Youpo noodle were both served with a homemade noodle that was a texture (chewy flat noodles) I have never eaten before. The sourness of the tomato, the deliciousness of the meat and the spice were mixed together, and was delicious. the staff was kind and funny.

Opportunity to open a store
We opened the restaurant because we wanted to introduce our local towns authentic Muslim cuisine from Xi'an, Shaanxi, China, to the Muslims living in Japan. Our restaurant is the first non-alcoholic Chinese cuisine restaurant in Japan. We do not sell any alcohol. It is a restaurant which a Chinese Muslim made. All the staff are Muslims. The cuisine is the same taste of the local town. (We serve the most famous noodles in Shaanxi.)
