The owner came to Japan 23 years ago from Java, Indonesia to learn Japanese. While participating in a job to introduce Indonesian culture, the owner learned safe and secure baking techniques, and started this bakery for the health and happiness for the family. The bakery uses clean water from Gifu (Located in the center of Honshu, the main island of Japan, famous for historical sights and the beautiful nature.). Also, uses mainly domestic wheat, butter, and handmade fillings, and does not use any additives such as shortening to produce delicious bread that is safe, secure, and healthy for your body.
