The restaurant has been a place for employment support that anyone can play an active role. (The craft beer, T-shirt design, tea leaves, and other items sold in the store are all created by users from the employment support.) Knowing the restaurant is a place that anyone can be active, I wanted to visit again in order to support them. The ingredient is also from a farm by employment support. Knowing their goal is to use local production and consumption as much as possible, serve meals without using chemical conversion, using Onenne Brown Rice® (brown rice that has been rested for a long time after cooked.) which is good for your body and has many varieties of meals, it made me want to come back again. They do not have halal certification, but they have color-coded plates and are using separate cooking utensils to get as close as possible!

Opportunity to open a store
The owner is the president of HIFUMIYO.co., Ltd. It was started with the desire to enjoy eating gathering around one table regardless of national borders and religions. Since there are people that needs to choose what to eat, he felt that they might have not been fully satisfied with their meals. With this in mind, they started to offers halal and vegan dishes.

3 Japanese staff from HIFUMIYO.co., ltd. We provide employment support, and some preparations are done by the users.
Customer base
Many women in their 30~50's. Although it is near a university, there are few students and Halal regular customer comes often. The restaurant has been featured in a local magazine, and many people come by searching for "Halal" and "Vegan". They also deliver lunch boxes, and some companies orders more than 10 boxes.

Chabuya's Special Chicken Cutlet Curry(Curry and rice with chicken cutlet.) Jucie Karaage spicy curry, Jucie Karaage curry soup (Karaage is a seasoned chicken meat coated with flour or potato starch and deeply fried in hot oil.)
