Chef Mr. Hakan, the owner, has harbored a love for cooking since he was 5 years old and always dreamed of becoming a chef. After gaining experience in Turkish restaurants in Tokyo for two years and Osaka for one year, he fulfilled his dream by opening NazaR in March 2021. The decision to open a Halal restaurant came from numerous inquiries by Muslim patrons about the meat’s Halal status.
