Our “Motsunabe (A local cuisine around Fukuoka, the ultimate Hot Pot using the innards of a cow.)” has won a Monde Selection award (a non-competitive award open to food, drinks, and cosmetics products). The restaurant offers two Halal versions of Fukuoka's iconic food, “Motsunabe”. One with "Ago dashi (Japanese soup stock made by dried flying fish.)" and the other with "Spicy Taste Motsunabe," a spicy seafood flavor. The restaurant has Halal menu including, Halal Black Wagyu Steak, 100% Halal Black Wagyu Hamburg, and Beef sausage etc. “Soy Milk Cream Daifuku (small round rice cake stuffed with a sweet filling)” a dessert made with soy milk, is also popular.

Halal menu was launched in 2019 when the direct flights from Malaysia started flying. Since there were no Halal restaurants in Fukuoka (the largest city in Kyushu region.), we wanted to allow Muslims to enjoy Hakata’s (the largest city in Fukuoka prefecture, famous for its food culture) famous food while traveling.
