They are proud of the restaurant which is like the cave hotel where you can enjoy the exotic great atmosphere. You can enjoy healthy and colorful dishes that are well-prepared using olive oil and plenty of fresh ingredients (beans, vegetables, yogurt, meat, etc.). They insist on grilling fresh meat over charcoal. I especially recommend the Shish Kebab, slowly cooked lamb. Halal menu is also available too.
