Since some people from overseas do not share and eat together, I thought it was nice to be able to eat in one pot for one person. There is no foot-washing area, but toilet sinks can be used if you would like. They have corresponded as much as possible, empathizing with are feelings.

They wanted people from overseas to come and visit, and there were many Muslims who dose business around the area. Also, Okayama was promoting a project to call people from Malaysia, and started to offer halal menu. (Okayama is located in the Chugoku region, western part of Honshu island, Japan, with a warm climate and low precipitation.)

Sukiyaki and shabu-shabu are offered as halal dishes. (Sukiyaki is a Japanese hot pot dish which ingredients such as thinly sliced beef, vegetables and tofu are all cooked in a sweet-salty flavor broth. / Shabu-shabu is a Japanese hotpot dish, which thinly sliced meat and vegetables are dipped into a boiling water or broth, cooked with heat, and dipped into a sauce.) They use Sirloin Halal beef and have seasonal sweets. They do not use gelatin and are using agar for the desserts. They can also offer the dishes in soy meat if you let them know in advance. Groups customers are limited to 16 guests. We acquired the halal-certification originally by Okayama Prefecture certify (PEACH mark).
