It is an Egyptian, Arabic restaurant located near Nagoya Port. The restaurant is decorated with curtains, walls, and lighting which you can feel the Middle Eastern atmosphere. There is a private room at the back of the restaurant that is partitioned with curtains, and the sofas and tablecloths unified with ethnic patterns are eye-catching. The kitchen is an open type, and the customers can watch the process from pizza making to baking in the stone oven, at the seats near the counter. The restaurant's recommended Egyptian Pizza is made by folding the stretched dough, sandwiching the ingredients, and placing it on a pizza plate, baked in the oven. The tall dough is filled with vegetables and minced meat, a big portion which was very delicious. The other dishes were a little less spicy, and the flavors seemed to be modified to suit Japanese people’s tastes, and each dish was unexpected in a good way. 4 to 5 staff members were busy moving around the kitchen, and many boxes of pizzas were being brought out one after another, which delivery seemed to be busy as well. Some of the staff members were not fluent in Japanese, but they were very nice with a smile even when they were busy.

Opportunity to open a store
The owner came to Japan 11 years ago with his brother who came to Japan to study at a graduate school. At first, he came to Japan on a 3-month Visa, but later studied for 2 years on a Student Visa. He worked at an Egyptian restaurant in Yaba-cho, Nagoya (It is a district located in Nagoya, the capital of Aichi prefecture, with many restaurants and shopping stores.), but the restaurant closed five years ago after he had worked there for about one and a half years. Taking that opportunity, he opened a restaurant near the current restaurant.

About 20 -minute from Arakogawa-koen Station, Aonami Line. Get off at Tokai-dori Station, Nagoya City Subway Meijo Line (bound for Nagoya Port). Go out from Exit 4 and head to the direction of the convenience store, Family Mart on the right. Take the Nagoya City Bus from Tokai-dori bus stop to Ishincho bus stop, and 3-minute walk. Go straight to the north from the bus stop, and the restaurant is on the left after 3-minute walk.
