warung-jawa (off-list)
It is an authentic Indonesian cuisine restaurant run by an Indonesian women owner, a Halal food adviser. It is a small restaurant in the basement of the building, but has a stylish interior with a homey atmosphere where a bright and friendly owner will welcome you. My recommendation is the Nashi Goreng. It was delicious with the lemon leaf flavor as an accent with spiced rice. The opening hour changes often, so it might want to contact them first.

Opportunity to open a store
I married a Japanese man in 2001 and came to Japan from Indonesia. After marriage, I wanted t do something on my own, and opened a Halal cuisine restaurant. At that time, I could not speak Japanese and got sick because of the stress of the new environment. From those experiences, I want the restaurant to be a place where international students can feel at ease.

Go up the stairs and turn left at the immediate left traffic light [Kita 12 Nishi 3] outside. Head straight and cross the second traffic light [Kita 14 Nishi 4], and the restaurant is located on the basement of the building on the right.
