Opportunity to open a store
The owner used to run an import company and had the chance to visit India and was fascinated by the Indian spice and got the qualification of a spice consultant and medicinal cooking coordinator. At the time, there were already many Indian restaurants in Tokyo, so they decided to open a restaurant in Yamanashi (located immediately west of Tokyo in the Chubu Region, home to Mt. Fuji) where there were only few Indian restaurants.
