FUKUNOKI
This noodle shop features a tomato-based soup with a rich flavor. Even if you’re not particularly fond of tomatoes, I highly recommend giving it a try. Impressively, they welcome more than 150 foreign customers each day. In fact, when we visited, there were many international patrons enjoying their meals as well.

The Japanese owner of this restaurant initially had dietary restrictions that excluded pork and alcohol. Driven by this, they crafted a menu free from both ingredients. Later, the owner obtained qualifications as a Yakuzen Meister (Medicinal Meal Meister) and a Preventive Medicine Advisor. Armed with this knowledge, they established a restaurant where every dish is halal-friendly. Notably, they steer clear of chemical seasonings, prioritizing a menu that’s kind to your body.
