Houto Labo
Vegetable Houtou contains a lot of big cut vegetables that do not fall apart. The kabocha (Japanese squash) is steamed to prevent it from falling apart, and is put it in at the end so you can enjoy the soft and fluffy texture of the kabocha. The soup, which is full of vegetable flavor is also excellent. The restaurant is very large and you can relax while enjoying your meal.

With the increasing number of inbound tourists to Japan, we remembered that we too had problems with foods we could not eat when visiting other countries, so we decided to offer Halal cuisine in order to meet each person’s requests. Currently, we only offer “Vegetable Houtou” (A traditional Japanese noodle soup from Yamanashi prefecture, it is made by boiling flat and thick udon noodles, pumpkin, and other vegetables in miso soup.) as Halal cuisine, but we would like to expand the menu in the future.
